Sanitary cleaners from Planol – gentle and efficient
Cleanliness and hygiene play a major role in the case of sanitary facilities. Sustained moisture and heat in these archive favour the propagation of germs, bacteria or mould. At the same time, the continuous skin contact with the surfaces there increases the risk of infection. Regular and intensive cleaning is therefore particularly important. Added to this is the wide variety of materials and types of dirt that make cleaning with specific sanitary cleaners necessary.
Planol, as one of the leading producers of high-quality cleaning agents and care products, offers the appropriate solutions for hygienic cleanliness and long-lasting freshness. We have a broad portfolio of sanitary cleaners for maintenance, basic or special cleaning. Our products are always tailored to your individual needs as a cleaning firm, building service provider, specialist wholesaler, corporate customer or reseller.

WC cleaning agent "Citroplan" from PlanolThe question about the right sanitary cleaner
Cleaning restrooms is a sensitive issue. Few places require such thorough and hygienic cleaning as restrooms to prevent limescale, rust, or dirt buildup and the spread of pathogens.
There is a wide variety of cleaners available for cleaning, disinfecting, and maintaining fixtures, drains, toilets, sinks, tiles, and the restroom area. Depending on their chemical composition, these are classified as either acidic or alkaline cleaners.
While acidic products are very aggressive and should only be used on durable surfaces such as ceramic fixtures or plumbing fixtures, alkaline solutions are suitable for cleaning sensitive materials such as plastics or marble.
Furthermore, the chemical composition of the cleaner plays an important role in its environmental compatibility. If the chemicals cannot be broken down or retained in the wastewater treatment plant, this can sometimes result in far-reaching environmental impacts. We therefore take environmental and resource considerations into account during product development. As a result, selected products from our wide range of acidic and alkaline sanitary cleaners have been awarded the EU Ecolabel (Euroflower).

Hygienic cleanliness with sanitary cleaners from Planol
Contaminants in restroom facilities come in many forms. They range from water spots and soap scum in wet areas to limescale and rust deposits on faucets, as well as urine scale and bacteria in the toilet. Removing these requires powerful cleaners. Planol offers a wide range of restroom cleaners for routine, deep, and specialized cleaning. Depending on your needs, our cleaners are available in both 1-liter bottles and 10-liter canisters.
For routine cleaning, we offer our ready-to-use sanitary cleaner, Citroplan, which features a user-friendly angled nozzle that allows you to remove urine scale even from hard-to-reach areas along the rim of the toilet bowl.
Furthermore, our products Planofresh and Planofresh Classic are suitable for application on all acid-resistant surfaces and floors. They remove stubborn contamination such as water stains, limescale and rust deposits in the bathroom or toilet, as well as from tiles or glass shower cubicles.
The same applies to our toilet cleaner gel. When applied undiluted, it cleans toilets, urinals, and other bathroom surfaces—it even removes urine scale.
For general and specialized cleaning, our Planosan tile power cleaner and Planosan Ultra sanitary cleaner ensure that urine scale, rust, and soap residue are removed. Both cleaning products have been included by the German Society for Bathing Facilities in the list of tested cleaning products for ceramic surfaces in swimming pools.
Ventoplan Sanitary Basic Cleaner, which is based on phosphoric acid, is characterized by its short contact time. It is used, among other things, as a limescale remover and removes stubborn limescale deposits as well as grease and soap residue.
Over and above this, our liquid ready-to-use scouring agent is suitable for removing greasy dirt or limescale in the bathroom.
For a feeling of long-lasting freshness and cleanliness, our sanitary cleaners contain a pleasant scent in addition to their cleaning effect.
