Property and application:

As a phosphate-free, highly alkaline liquid cleaner, our dishwasher cleaner for industrial dishwashers ensures sparkling cleanliness in kitchens and catering environments. The special-purpose cleaner is used not only in industrial dishwashers and container washing systems. It is also suitable for use in CIP cleaning (food industry).
Depending on the level of soiling, the following application concentration should be used:

  • 2-10g/l for industrial dishwashers
  • 1-6g/l for CIP cleaning
  • 5-20g/l for container washing systems
