Planomat R – machine cleaning for cleanrooms

Flawlessly clean cleanrooms – that’s what our Planomat R achieves. Its modern product concept was developed through the intensive refinement of long-proven machine cleaners. Planomat R is extremely efficient, contains plant-based solvents, is free from fragrances, without D-limonene or butyl glycol. Thanks to the pH-neutral and mild formulation, the special-purpose cleaner is also excellent for sensitive surfaces. Even with high water hardness, it leaves no limescale residues – thanks to modern NTA- and EDTA-free complexing agents.

During development, care was taken to use substances that are known to cause low particle contamination on surfaces that do not come into direct contact with the cleaning agent.

Planomat R can be used for the special requirements for cleaning environments in cleanrooms. The suitability of the product for the special demands, e.g. cleanroom class ISO 8/ISO 9 can be checked by us in a few minutes using a negative list of critical raw materials. Generally, approval by the client is required.

The specific use can be found on the application data sheet. For storage, the usual conditions apply: store protected from light, temperatures below 0°C and above 35°C should be avoided. No hazard results from non-compliance.
