"Planomat R" – machine cleaning for cleanrooms

Cleaning cleanrooms to perfection—that’s what our Planomat R does. This cleaner is very economical, contains plant-based solvents, is fragrance-free, and contains no D-limonene or butyl glycol. Thanks to its pH-neutral and mild formula, this specialty cleaner is also suitable for sensitive surfaces. It even removes limescale deposits in hard water—thanks to modern NTA- and EDTA-free complexing agents.

During development, care was taken to use substances that, based on experience, leave minimal particulate residue on surfaces that do not come into direct contact with the cleaner.

Planomat R can be used to meet the special cleanliness requirements of the cleaning environment in a cleanroom. We can verify the product’s suitability for specific requirements—such as ISO Class 8 or ISO Class 9 cleanrooms—in just a few minutes using a negative list of critical raw materials. Approval by the client is generally required.

Refer to the application data sheet for specific usage instructions. Standard storage conditions apply: store away from light; avoid temperatures below 0 °C and above 35 °C. Failure to comply with these conditions does not pose a hazard.
