Property and application:

The oven cleaner is a liquid, alkaline, ready-to-use cleaning agent for commercial kitchens that contains foaming agents, grease-cutting agents, and dirt dispersants. It removes grease and typical kitchen residues throughout commercial kitchens, such as on convection ovens, grill grates, and baking sheets.

The product can also be used in water with higher hardness levels.
